Overview: a DL PAX comes up to board a flight. You receive an error message that the pax is not found.
You check their boarding pass and verify that it is for the correct flight. If it is the correct flight, retrieve
the PNR. Compare the flight segments with the VCR data. If the VCR shows the CONX AA flight but the flight segment
is missing, re-add the flight segment into the PNR. Then check them in for the BP.
